Custom Furniture Orders

Due to the custom nature of our furniture pieces, all custom orders are final once production has begun. Custom furniture is made specifically to your specifications, measurements, and design preferences, making returns impractical.

However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have concerns about your custom furniture order, please contact us immediately so we can work together to resolve any issues.

Pre-Production Cancellations

If you need to cancel your custom furniture order before production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your deposit, minus any design and consultation fees already incurred. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to our review.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your custom furniture arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Inspect the item and assess the issue
  • Arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate
  • Cover all costs associated with repair or replacement

Please provide photographs of any damage or defects when contacting us.

Warranty Claims

All custom furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications are not covered under warranty.

Standard Products

For any standard, non-custom products we may offer:

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 10-14 business days
  • Design fees and consultation costs are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, exchanges are not available. If you are not satisfied with your custom piece, please contact us to discuss potential solutions, which may include modifications or adjustments where feasible.

Delivery Issues

If you experience issues with delivery:

  • Inspect items immediately upon delivery
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues
  • Take photographs of any damage for documentation
